Who would you rather have.

Rangnick, Zorc, Eberl (tons in Germany), Campos, Tare, Monchi, Edwards, Begiristain

List is pretty deep

Those are just random names fella. Did any of them sign Cristiano Ronaldo? Pirlo on a free? Barzagli for £600,000? Make £89million profit on Paul Pogba? Win 9 tiles in a row. Nah, we got the best one.

Trophies?

Does anyone care about actually winning something anymore?

I’m guessing this is another Sandy account.

Trophies will come fella, if the fans unite, stop holding the club back and back the chairman fella.

Mandy, great article. Five stars from me.

Finally, another Spurs supporter that actually supports the club. I was beginning to think those sort of supporters were becoming extinct.

is "go out and have a walk" the old person's equivalent of "go and get laid"?

Ever thought old people can do both.

I'd agree OP, I know I'm not a Spurs fan but I agree with the sentiment. I actually feel like the online breed of fan we have these days sucks the fun out of football. It feels like a desperate rat race and everything has to be about what isn't good enough and a sheer desperation to win something. I'm not even convinced these people care that much about celebrating a trophy because its a club vibe and joint success etc, it seems more now about then being able to immediately jump online and give everyone else stick for it.

Whilst united have had a fairly barren trophy run, I've actually really enjoyed the last couple of years. I've built a much bigger affection for the academy and followed that closer than ever before and I've come to realise that the world doesn't stop moving if you don't win a trophy. I've still enjoyed lots of performances.

Everyone is an expert these days and spends half their time directing accusations of I competence at players, managers, ceos, owners. Almost everyone in football is completely useless apparently. I think people are losing touch with why football is so adored and that club community feeling is disappearing more and more.

I think Spurs fans have a fair bit to be optimistic and excited about tbh. Nuno is a good manager and has earned the right to take it up a level, not every managerial appointment has to be someone with a trophy laden CV. If you sell Kane it will likely mean you bring a good few signings in and you can rebuild a team with a really good man manager at the helm, a solid direction and structure your DoF will help provide and a cracking stadium that will be a foundation for you to push on from over the next couple of years. Just enjoy supporting the team for a year or to without the pressure of constant demands for better and more, just take a transition season or two and enjoy the football. You'll still win plenty of games and most probably see some really nice football at the same time. More than 95% of fans get.

Thanks fella. Appreciate it. We all care for the club, that’s why we are here, but the toxicity needs to end. We need to unite and back the chairman and the club.

Thanks fella. Appreciate your post. Those of us who go to the games and are connected witb the club know that it’s heading in the right direction and that the chairman works day and night to ensure it’s success. We just need to back the club and leave the negativity aside. The problem is the internet, everyone has an opinion, even when they don’t go to the games or know anything about the working of the club. It’s a shame really because of the fans unite we can do great things.

Ah yes the brilliant talent spotting ability to unearth 30y/o+ Ronaldo, Pirlo & Barzagli

Just for context Emenalo & Walsh between them unearthed KDB, Salah, Courtois, Kante, Mahrez among others & both don't even sniff the top 10.

How many trophies they won fella? Paratici has more league titles then all of them. Give it a rest and talk some sense.

100 per cent. I certainly don't want to be sitting next to supporters that are moaning 24/7 next season. Although the serial moaners on the forum never actually go to WHL anyway.
