I don't rate this guy. Faux hard man who goes down when he breaks a nail.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlike Hardman Henderson that gets subbed after being a sub to let a teenager take a penalty. Now that’s hard!

Two of Hojbjerg, Phillips, and Jorginho in the holding midfielder positions, for me. Would go with the latter two myself, but any of those three deserve it.

Phillips really stepped up. Hope he keeps up the consistency this year in the prem.

Player of the tournament for me. With Spinazzola not far behind.

I do not doubt PEH's leadership and warrior qualities.

I became less and less impressed with his football abilities under Jose. That may have been Joses fault to a degree because for many games i did not see PEH pass the ball forward. It was a handbrake on our approach play.

His position means he should be the one taking the ball from the CBs but when he did his use of it was rarely dynamic enough.

I just find him a little bit limited in a team where there needs to be is a greater emphasis on maintaining possession and attacking threat. More suited to a team who find themselves more backs to the wall, which is kinda what Jose turned us into with the constant low block tactics.

He looked better and the Danes actually played some decent football at times so may be he will flourish more under new management.

Difficult to take a penalty when you're not on the pitch, having been subbed by the coach

I hope Spurs fans like him as Nuno will be playing at least two defensive midfielders, perhaps three if you are lucky some weeks.

You're confusing Spurs with small one club town Wolverhampton. He had you successfully playing to survive. Job done

His brief will be different @ Spurs where expectations are much higher.

As i said. Spurs expected a lot more and were very disappointed with their worst points tally in a decade.

Wolves meantime, over the moon! Exceeded all expectations.

Wolves last decent contribution to British football was in the 1950s.
