Based on age, compared to Coutinho and Fekir, no. Added bonus is that he's homegrown and knows the league (proven and all that)...

Leicester are probably the least in need of money on that list and not on the wum but other than potentially earning more money what would he have at Arsenal that he doesn’t have at Leicester?
Just can't see Leicester selling Maddison to us. Also can't quite see why he'd want to move to us this summer either. Plus, given the way Arteta has dealt with players with 'off-field issues' in the past, I'm not sure why we're even looking at this bloke tbh.
Aouar seems to be the most well suited to what we need. The most adaptable too. But, again, he's apparently got other things going on in the background...
Not sure about Fekir. Seems to have had a career littered with (and held back by) injuries.
I think Arteta is still keen on Odegaard. Thought it was done and dusted, with him being given assurances by Real that he'd be involved with them this season, but apparently not. Hope Arteta doesn't spend all summer mooning over him, only to miss out on the other options still currently available.
We are getting business done, with two officially announced and a third all but completed. Given that we need a total of seven signings, it's normal to get nervous. I can only hope the ducks are all being lined up well.
Aouar and Maddison would both be fantastic. Aouar, at his price, seems like a no-brainer given that we have ESR and don't therefore strictly need a pure CAM like Maddison.
Can't see Martin returning to us next season, as much as it pains me to admit.
Maddison or bust at this point. I’ll repeat it to the grave but letting Villa get Buendia was our worst mistake of this transfer window.
