No, I would not. There are scouts, coaches, recruitment people and of course the players themselves that impact how successful they are.
Success: Maguire, Bruno, Cavani, James
Misses: VDB, Telles
Not sure: Amad, Pellistri, Sancho, AWB.
Kinda harsh to put VDB and Telles in the misses as I think it's still a bit early. AWB is good and I think he's like in that gap someone said. The "Verge of Success" gap.
