I'd take Jennifer Hart at this stage.

If it's purely a choice between Hart or Barkas/Bain, then obviously Aye.

Feck me though, there must be better options for the future out there, for the wages he'd be wanting. That would involve us doing some hard recruitment graft though, which seems beyond us in the main.

Only 34, might be a great move for both parties.

Hart would only be for a short term deal. 1 year contract with an option for another 12 months. We need to recruit a long term solution over the next 6 months.

A few years ago he would have been a great signing.

Now?

I think he's past it.

He will still be better than what you have but Celtic should be above giving hasbeens like him a last pay day.

IMO he has the potential to be this year's Duffy.

I don’t think that Hart will excite Celtic fans. He was very good a few years back but I think his Head and Shoulders use has scrambled his brains and his form has deteriorated badly.
