Who cares - they have the money who are UEFA to tell them how to spend it just to protect the Golden clubs of Europe.
Nothings changed In over 50 years, Tottenham spent big in the late 50s and reaped the rewards, as did Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, Blackburn over the years.
Glad to see UEFAs pet project is failing and Real and Barca are becoming engulfed in debt trying to keep their noses in front!
