I know Lingard messes about a bit, but I'm not sure he's stupid per se. From any interviews I've seen (which admittedly aren't in great supply), I don't think he's come across as particularly slow. Heard an interview with Sancho in the summer and he definitely didn't seem to be the brightest. Not that it really matters.

To be fair to Sancho he is still 21 so he is basically still in college if he were a regular dude.

I don't think Lingard comes across as thick, annoying maybe but I'd say he's probably smarter than most. Same with Pogba, I think he comes across quite eloquent but it seems enjoying having fun hair makes you stupid to some people. Matic I don't think is thick either, just quiet and unassuming.
I'd say pretty much the whole squad is smarter than the OP.

Le Saux read the Guardian which mean't he was clearly gay.
I'm not sure what the point of this is.
My only concern with them is that they show football intelligence on the pitch. Their general intelligence is of no concern to me.
One thing is nearly certain though in that they've all got higher in their chosen career than the vast majority of us here have.
