Don't want them. Pair of over-hyped youngsters who are unlikely to make it in the PL.
Bellingham is possible and one I could see happening.
Haaland not.

This. We also won’t get either. Possibly Bellamy if we are silly. but I’ think we’d be Haaland’s last choice big cash machine throwing money choice if every other option is exhausted,
Either way, still more chance than Liverpool
Bellingham is the new Mbappe for us.

I don't think you could afford Haaland's wages. Even CHelsea refused to go that far.

Apparently we're planning a big summer next season so let's see. No doubt we're the more attractive destination at the moment. And I know you like signing has-beens but you can do better than Craig Bellamy.
Avoid players from the German league that have no experience of England. Massive risk of wasting money as United have on Sancho.

Tbf Bellingham has actually played well in England.
Bellingham would probably be the most realistic signing of the two if I was honest, but I'd prefer Haaland if you could have one.
I'm a big fan of Bellingham, but I think Jones and Elliot have the potential to be the face of the midfield.
I wouldn't imagine Dortmund would want to sell Haaland and Bellingham next summer, so would require a massive fee to get the latter, I'd expect. Unless he also has a release clause.
Haaland's wages are just unrealistic for all but a few clubs imo. And we're not one of them.
I know it's paper talk but if they're even close to being right Haaland is looking for double what we currently pay Salah as our highest paid player.
To get that he'll need to go to a club that are willing to pay 'galactico' wages and given Barca are skint that probably leaves Real Madrid, PSG or Man Utd. Personal opinion, I think he goes to RM.
Bellingham is more achievable but would still be a big old commitment given his growing reputation.
