Just watched Chelsea deservedly beat Spurs. The fans on their forum are already blaming Nuno for not clearing attempts off the line etc. Deluded f*ckwits.

What the feck are you talking about?
Hope you’ve got somewhere still open for you to watch the match, Gemini. Everything starting to close down already here in Capdepera.
Just spent six weeks with the wife in Tipton. Shocking weather. Came back yesterday… to sh*t weather.
Ruddy
Hoever Boly Mosquera Ait Nouri
Dendoncker Neves
Podence Hwang Trincao
Silva
0-1 Doherty inevitably to get the goal
Got tickets but not sure I can be ฤrsed tbh.

Just changed to a new IPTV system that includes streaming of all Premier League games so the only ones I don't watch are the League Cup games and that won't be a problem after Wednesday

Don’t think that team will be far off. Just a matter of who from Saturday’s first team will get an extra game. Be good to see the squad members get a game to see how ready they are to push for a first team place next weekend. After sticking with the same team for a few games now, Bruno will surely make a couple of changes at Southampton after Saturday’s defeat. So opportunity knocks for a few players.
Notice that Southampton have yet to win a league game this season but are still above us in the league because they have drawn 4 out of 5
Yes it will be an opportunity for players to press for a Premier League start. Boly and Ait Nouri must be under consideration, not that Marcal has done a lot wrong bar one mad moment when he though the was playing a different sport. I do think Ait Nouri brings more attaching threat and creativity to the position.
Ait Nouri is good going forward and I hope he plays on Wednesday. For the league it’s a matter of whether we need another player who can run with the ball and cross it, or do we need more security in defence which Marcal generally provides.
Got to be a chance for Hwang or Podence to earn a place for the weekend, and it would be good to see Dendoncker show that he can be a good box to box player, which we haven’t seen from him for a while
Judging by the enthusiasm and no little ability that I’ve seen from Hwang I’d have him first on the team sheet.

Exactly. They blame the manager, who can’t physically be out there kicking every ball. That’s Spurs fans for you - little patience…
Good win for the U23s tonight at home to top of the table Fulham. Hesketh put them ahead after 7 minutes turning in the rebound after the keeper blocked Campbell’s shot. With ten minutes left Hesketh put Campbell through for the second. Fulham got one back from a penalty on 90 minutes but didn’t threaten an equaliser.
Much improved player this season Chem Campbell

why do I get the feeling, the timing will never be "right" for the stadium to be looked at?
established in the prem - yes
selling out currently - yes
high demand for additional tickets - yes
club breaking even - pretty much yes
what else does he feckin want?
Investing in the team first is a populist statement that will always go down well with the fans. But the trouble is they aren’t investing new money in the team, they are only spending what they raise from sales.
Fosun are becoming victims of their own previous promises. And to compound that, they are now claiming they are doing things that they aren’t
Birmingham mail is scraping the barrel for clicks again I see. Typing up a transcript of a five month old interview is journalism these days.
Brentford smashed 7 past Oldham tonight, Southampton beat Sheffield United on pens after a 2-2. No MGW of course for the Blades being cup tied.
Is this a tv game in the UK?
Fancy us to beat them

Nah, Man U are playing so Sky would rather feature their game.
All the Spurs posters want them to lose tonight for some reason?
With the league, Carabao Cup and Europa Conference League fixtures it’s difficult to see Spurs fielding anything but a much changed team tonight. Especially as they’ll want all their best players to be well prepared for their derby game against Arsenal at the weekend

If Bruno has any genuine ambition to win this game he needs to switch to a back 4 utilising the best 4 defenders we have available and they do not include Hoever or Ait-Nouri.
Ruddy
Semedo Mosquera Boly Marcal
Dendoncker Neves Moutinho
Trincao Hwang Podence
With that starting 11 we might just get something out of the game although I still wouldn't bet money on it.
Bit of a sad state of affairs that we need to play at least one of Neves or Moutinho in midfield just because we don’t have anyone else, unless we play one of the kids.
Trincao has done well so far but I thought he struggled on Saturday and a rest won’t do him any harm at his age. I expect Fabio to start tonight with Hwang and Podence alongside him

I suspect you could well be right. At least if the above side is anything like we would have a strong bench.
Sa, Kilman, Saiss, Hoever, Ait-Nouri, Traore, Trincao & Jimenez doesn't look too bad at all.
