Bin men on bin collection day.
There was rubbish in the bins before they collected them. There was also no rubbish on the streets before they emptied the bins.

Sounds bad but old people who stand at the bus stop ages before the bus is due and it takes them 2 hours to get their money/pass out of their pockets/bag etc.
