Reguilon is a player I really want to like but for whatever reason he hasn’t quite shown his Sevilla form for Spurs yet. Hopefully he comes good, just don’t want to be waiting as long for his as the likes of Lo Celdo and Ndombele.

Don't understand why it would be scrapped if it is being used as a commercial tool by UEFA, that's one reason not to get rid of it.
I think it's a good idea and I do think it should replace qualifying really as it gives every team a fighting chance by competing against those teams they are at a similar level to.

Your opinion on him doesn't really matter though. Danilo has started most of the recent games and probably would have started last night if it wasn't their third game in 7 days. He has played 3 games for Barca in his whole career there and was involved in those 3 games at the start of the season due to injuries.
Don't get me wrong, I like him. Betis are my Spanish team and I've seen him a fair bit over the last couple of years. He is way behind Danilo in terms of being first choice for Brazil though.
