League games since a red card;

Hearts 1
Motherwell 1
Livi 1
Hibs 2
Aberdeen 6
St Johnstone 6
St mirren 9
Dundee Utd 11
Dundee 13
Celtic 17
Ross county 36
Rangers 66

----------------------------------------------------------------------

So you are discounting retrospective reds then?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think that's clear. Retrospective reds never lead to a team being a man down.

I'm happy Ralston has been given a 4 year deal. Take from that what you will.

O'Donnell is pash so don't care who Clarke decides to pick as Patterson's understudy.

Very little between O'Donnell and Ralston, one has been average for a while and the other has recently stepped up to average.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So is O'Donnell pash or average?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You are fast becoming the biggest bore on here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a massive overreaction to a simple question. In your illogical eagerness to dismiss an honest but limited professional who is just trying to do his job you can't seem to decide if he's pash or average.

As for your 'bore' comments, I couldn't give a flying fack what you think.

The discerning posters on here know class when they see it.

Don't reply if you don't care. Cheers

There you go not reading properly again.

I said I didn't care about you calling me a bore.

I love your other work. It's a great laugh usually.

VVD, Tierney and I think Eddy will get a bigger move have all excelled in England coming from the Scottish game. Others have done Ok, Hutton, Armstrong, Ki etc.. those 3 though are the only ones to IMO be top.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
people say that ferguson flopped in england. Ask the blackburn fans .... he was very very good for them. Mind watching them v Arsenal at the time and he got motm in a midfield of Pires, Viera and petit he bossed that midfield. Then he split his knee cap clean in two !
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Ferguson was Blackburn captain at a time when they were a top 10 team. Think he also then went on to captain Birmingham when they won their first trophy in however many years.

He definitely didn't flop but probably didn't reach the level down there he could have.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
great wee player

an all round midfielder - could dig in , run with it - spray it around - shoot - had great technique and was always committed

I was at Ewood when they played Liverpool and Ferguson was, by a mile , the best midfielder on display that day

Had an absolute stormer of a game.

He did CT. It's funny because I remember at the Euros some people saying Gilmour reminded them of a young Ferguson and people were up in arms by that as if it was a criticism. Ferguson at that age was an outstanding prospect, he probably underachieved when looking back at his career as he could and should have played at a higher level.

when fergie brooke into the first team he was a different player. His vision and passing range was exceptional, picking up the ball in his own hal with bac to play, swivel and pig a ball 60 yard right onto someones toes, he changed his game and became much more of a "general" in midfield and controlled games.

Quite a lot of digs on this article today. Sad that some posters don't really want to talk about football, but there you are. People use the site differently.

I'd just like to say after my grumpiness yesterday that I love each and every one of you. You're my best friends.

He also broke in to and then captained one of the best Rangers sides in memory in terms of individual talent. At a time when we could throw millions at signings he was the lynchpin of a team including De Boer, Numan, Albertz, Van Bronckhorst, Tugay, Gattuso, Arteta etc.

In fact a decent comparison is that Van B, Gattuso and Artera ended up playing years at the top level and at the time Ferguson was every bit as good as them if not arguably better. He could easily have played for a similar type of team but chose the wrong club.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

They are still reds that were awarded to Rangers players. Just after the fact.

I am pretty sure all the other penalties that go with a retrospective red are the same as if it had been awarded real time.

I am just saying - it is probably a fact worth noting that players at Rangers have actually received red cards for league matches across those 66 games.

I'm not saying that all people with small penises would filter me, just that those who have likely have teeny penisy syndrome.

If i self filtered it would make sense.

Hamish that's true but even more galling, they should have been sent off but the ref kept them on despite. You get that don't you
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Im not following you.....

posted on 3/11/21

The injury didn't help but even before that I think he was wasted at Blackburn. I think he said himself he struggled with the idea that he was playing for a mid table team with no pressure on winning, with smaller crowds and in an area that wasn't exactly a football hotspot.

Ultimately it worked to our benefit as he came back up the road but he should have played at a higher level for longer.

Hmm. I see. Well, they won't see your post as they've filtered you but can anyone this applies to please read this one and confirm whether or not they have small penises?

Thanks in advance,

I think teeny peeny syndrome is the actual medical term.

Either that or my doctor has been using the wrong term all these years.

Why he thought I wanted to know about his wee boaby in the first place is still a mystery to me though....

It's simple, a player makes a red card foul on say the 60th min, the ref doesn't give it that player's team continue for the next 30mins+ with 11 men on the pitch. Now the red is then given retrospectively proving that for 30 mins of that game the team should have been at a one man disadvantage. For 30 mins the team are fortunate/cheating/in cahoots with a ref yada yada yada. Get it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Aaaaahh....you really did think I was that stupid!

Now I get it
