The new manager if appointed during international break should absolutely be expected to win the league this year.
Has a 4 point head start, decent squad that are capable of more than they are currently producing. Why do you think less would be expected?

You expect a logical argument which takes circumstances and the bigger picture into account !!??
Aye but 11% nat....

Freud would have a field day if he was alive to see social mediaI mean ffs that lassie who gets her tats out and as a sign of respect to Walter Smith decided not to, ffs her Da needs to take her aside and give her a good shake, what a way to live your life
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Part of her problem might be that her da has given her a good shake
Rangers are still favourites from what I can see. Same squad, etc. Celtic still rebuilding. Said before, we need to get to January still within a few points and see how it goes from there.
I doubt McInnes would be offered the job a second time, and it would need a bit of a climb down on both sides for that to happen. GVB has a track record, and it seems to almost be done and dusted. From what I’ve read, he’s fairly similar to Gerrard in his system and how he plays. Would make sense.

Although hard (oooer) you can’t blame the lassie. It’s a wider world where making a living out of it is the problem.

wonderful.
the internet is a curious thing, what should be a readily available wealth of knowledge is tainted with conspiracy, lies, and absence of logic, opinions without credentials.
A tool which should elevate us is just as likely to dumb us down.
Twitter had its best day in history yesterday.
Also, how many grown men who had a Steven Gerrard cardboard cut out are divorced this morning?

Thought-wanks are pretty much now a thing of the past.
Some of mine were masterpieces of creativity, now consigned to the dustbin of history in favour of glassy-eyed teens going down on a baggy, greying, granny gash.
What are we become?

GVBs Feyenoord side played a 4-3-3, he likes that attacking style with wingers
From that point of view, the squad we have just now, although not his players, should fit the system he wants to play
I mean fck me, there's articles where GVB was criticised on Holland as his team did well against quality sides, but struggled to break lesser teams down a bit.......if you were wanting to replace Gerrard with anyone, the man seems almost too much of a perfect fit

Hmm, maybe for you guys but it didn't top kebab gate; steak pie gate or Kent's brother gate on Rangers twitter.
Or the many days e.g. 1, 2, 3 4, etc no manager wet wipe banner from celtic twitter embarrassment, chrissake that went on for months
Some way to go to challenge those particular highs (lows) imho

Perception wise they levels of histrionics seen and heard yesterday will likely never be surpassed. wtf it had to do with Remembrance Day is beyond all comprehension.
And grown men with cardboard cutouts of their teams manager in their bedrooms??? Absolutely beggars belief.

You guys perception wise maybe - the histrionics from celtic twitter yesterday wasn't the good look some people seem to think it was either.
I suppose we could've thrown some tennis balls in a fit of pique as an alternative
