I'm not BAME. I've just met far too many of that type in my life, Alpha-boys who create their own rules and environment.
I know someone who worked at one of the big 4 firms in the early 2000's. He and his mates used to refer to all women in the team as 'Doris'. VVankers like that exist. Lots of them.
The Ballace/Hales story has a ring of truth to it imo.
