I think if anyone had said at the start of the season, that we would be leading in Germany with about 10 minutes left and would go to Spain and lose 4-3, they would have been laughed at.

I am happy enough with our progress. Strength in depth was shown up last night and maybe a bit of naivety from Ange. Hard to tell, because he said he would do what he did.

Want to see him be a bit more astute against teams like Livingston, with everyone packed behind the ball. If he can do that, I will be more than a little bit more optimistic.

i've certainly enjoyed watching us more this year, but only when kyogo plays through the middle.

when we went 3-2 down there was no way we were getting an equaliser, there was nothing happening up top.

we need reinforcements in january, another striker, midfielder, and a left back.

ange also needs to learn that its ok to shut shop when you are winning and try and hold the result, to be winning 2-1 and bring on abada and johnson to defend that was f...ing mental.

to be fair jfk Turnbull missed a chance I'd expect him to score at the end

agree with everything else, love watching us and the progress we've made is beyond anything I expected

We're competing at a decent level, that was a tough group and the Leverkusen home game aside we've held our own

We need to win and win well on Sunday, our home form domestically has been patchy, early goal would be lovely

He doesnt like being infront of goal , always seems to fluff his chance

think he would prefer to take a shot on from 20 yards

i think he would prefer a stint on the bench, a cm who can only shoot.

or worse can do more but is too lazy to?

he's getting on my t1ts now tbh

Main thing for me is that it’s actually enjoyable Togo and watch us in the main.

Having the lead last night for a while was right up there but really I was waiting for them to equalise and when they did with a good bit of time left I just knew they’d score a third.

Think to be honest we’ve been that kind of team for many years. It’s not new.

For me the manager has clearly stated his preferred transfer window is the January window and we seem to be getting linked with what look like decent players from different markets such as Japan. I’ll wait and see but I’m far more optimistic than I thought I would be at this stage.

For me it’s the next few games that are so important. If Rangers can get through those with an equal or better points tally than us you’d have to consider that it would be next season before we can have any realistic title ambitions.

we need a box to box midfielder who can find kyogos runs with a pass, too many of those go unnoticed.

will take us another 3 weeks to finalise the deals after the window opens. it's truly pathetic.

the Japanese season finishes in 2/3 weeks, will players coming from there be OK to play as soon as the middle of January?

Not so sure JFK, I get the feeling we are going to be swift in Jan, I think the targets in the whole are identified and for once we will be on it. How long Work Permits and COVID schite takes is out of our control.

I think the money riding on winning the league this season might help speed things up, but only might. We aren`t known for letting something like that affect how we go about our business. Still no guarantee, even if we were to strengthen in January of course, but depends how much they want to risk Rangers getting that money.

FWIW I think Ange's comments about January window being his preferred have been taken out of context and he said it in a historical sense i.e. that is the end of season in Japan. A-league is worse it is a Feb - Sept season so that is when he is used to looking for players. We all know there are less players available in January in Europe.

i really don't.

this is a board who replaced rodgers with lennon, who took 5 months to appoint a manager going into this important season in which champions league qualification was important.

we had to listen to ange bemoan the lack of urgency in our transfer activity multiple times in summer, i do not expect this to be any better in january.

Delighted at what Ange is doing with the team

the mess he was left was ridiculous and to think nobody ever mentions at what a loss Edouard , Christie or Ajer are ..is credit to those he has brought in

Yeh as others have said I’m so enjoying going to games again. A great style of play under ange. Some really decent players brought in and doing well and also - a long way to go but at least it feels really positive.

I’d actually fancy our chances this season if we can keep going/strengthen which I never expected to say about this year.
