The biggest change from Ole to Carrick seems to be the placing of Fred further up the the pitch. I thought he had a very good game though he still has a propensity to give the ball away carelessly. However, you can see that he's a pain to play against. He's relentless.
And that pass for the opening goal.....well it was almost Brazilian!

That game last night pretty much summed up Fred. Some good pressing qualities but can be a liability on the ball.
