Snooker is becoming far too painful
----------------------------------------------------------------------
still less painful than football, or cricket...
Most will fancy a comfortable Robertson win tomorrow, but the only thing I will say for Hawkins is that he's now beaten Selby and Trump, so why not Robertson also. I don't think Hawkins has played super great in either match, so maybe he'll produce his best for the final. After what happened in his semi, Robertson might feel his name is on the crown................

I’m sure Hawkins got smashed by Ronnie in a Masters final though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yep, won the first frame of the 2016 final, then lost 10 in a row.
out of interest, wonder when we last had 4 left-handed semi finalists
=========================================
Very good spot
I can't remember that ever happening before, certainly not in a TC event
Arsenal, your man has 10 good years left yet, & he'll win loads, Ronnie however is 2-3 years away from going... Who will I follow? When I was a kid it was Jimmy, then Ronnie came along... I really don't know what I'll do
Support Judd and Jack Lisowski once Ronnie retires
Yea, I like Jack, hope he can win something very soon
We'll probably lose the 5th test now as well 😂😂
Kinsang, I remember 2015, Robbo smashed Ronnie 6-1 in the semi final, & he was going to smash Murphy in the final, Murphy had a brilliant match, & won 10-4 I believe to complete his triple crown.... Is Barry in Shauns class?....
I think the score in that 2015 Masters final was 10-2. Barry would need Robbo to have an off day and play unbelievably well if he's going to win this.
Yea it was 10-2, I remember when the Masters used to be in February, it's only been in January for about 15 years I think.
There's the test gone too 😠4-0
Easy win for Robbo tonight. As he’s said he should be out so will probably play some relaxed exhibition snooker and get the crowd onside. Barry will be tetchy and desperate to win which usually doesn’t end too well in a final
Absolutely pathetic from England.
Yep I expect Robbo to win 10-6.
Yeah, the brain says Robbo 10-6 or 10-7, but then I thought Trump would win, so what do I know
Not a mega fan of either player, it annoys me when Robbo 'overthinks', I just think, just play the shot man!!!, and Hawkins is the type of player that you can't really dislike, but more a case of how much you dislike his opponent to support Hawkins, if you get my drift.
I'm not a fan of either player. Barry is "the slight underdog" so I will be supporting him.
It's good to see you back posting more Kinsang
Hi Snooker_49 - yeah, I have kind of drifted in and out for a wee while, so I could disappear again suddenly for a few months . But it's always good to see familiar names on here.
I'll be honest, this final isn't grabbing me 'emotionally' at all, so hope it's a good watch.
Well I was wrong…. Both players are feeling it
Jeezo, I know it's the opening frame, but some ropey stuff out there
Barry wins the opening frame. Let's hope he won't lose the next 10 like 6 years ago
If I'd known Trump was going to lose last night, I'd have wanted Williams today 😂
Robertson's pulled out some great pots in this break, seems to have got that initial frame out of his system
