Not convinced he's made players better (Seems a stretch to suggest that). Skipp has played well against poor quality opposition, while Dier is better as a CB in 3 than a 2 & Davies has always been a better left sided CB than a LB
I agree with most of what you say but I don't think we will get much done in January window. Maybe one or at most two players.
We have not been amazing and beaten what we should. There is however a small improvement in the players desire if nothing else. With time we should see a Conte team.
By January 1st we will know more. We have a tough xmas period.
We need some movement of players in Jan.
Who would even take Dele Ali? Everton? Watford, Palace? Newcastle?
The Leicester and Liverpool games will be a good indicator of where exactly we stand at the moment.

isnt bad at all to be honest. minimal travel, and not particularly tough fixtures, liverpool aside.
