Martial is a better player than sancho at his age. More direct and better goal scorer and creator. The German league allows so much space so it’s easier. I’d rather see martial on the wing then sancho

People wanted Ole sacked because after 3 years it was clear he had no idea how to fix that issue. Just because the terribly coached side he left behind is still being terribly coached doesn’t mean people were wrong to want Ole out.
As for Rangnick, I don’t think anyone actually wants him out as he’s only an interim so will be gone soon anyway. The issue is more about why the club went the interim route when others were available who wouldn’t have us looking like a side full of players waiting for the permanent guy.
