Liverpool owe all their post-Shankly league titles and European triumphs to Shankly. So there's much more to his legacy than what you list here.
Fergie's legacy is a couple of second rate cups, struggling to qualify for Champions league and PE teachers like Moyes, Ole and Rangnick.
