If you cannot bench Ronaldo, you are not the manager of the team.

Also he is not a good manager anymore. He hasn't managed in donkey years.

He gets sacked by February.

Have to agree, sadly. Maybe fifth if others stutter - we will string a few results together at some stage. But not fourth.

Missed out on conte for no reason

I can’t believe he took greenwood off and not Cavani.

You can’t play both Ronaldo and Bruno at least one should play. Impossible to see United finishing 5th with Arsenal and Spurs and West Ham on form, 7th if am realistic.

I actually think you look worse. It's hardly surprising a bloke who hasn't managed for a couple of years and never managed a big club isn't having much impact at this level.

Really bizarre appointment. Even more so when Conte was yours if you sacked Ole earlier.

If the summary of our form is that Ronaldo is the problem, you’ve not been watching closely enough.

Sancho can’t control a football, Mctominay needs 3 touches before he looks up, Wan Bissaka the less said the better, Cavani was invisible, Verane can’t defend a ball over the top, Matic has no legs.

As for the lack of cohesion, movement and general effort or leadership to win a football match, it’s going to take a lot more than a new manager to fix this mess.

Few cared at the time as Ole was a limited manager who needed all the help he could get. It was always going to be a problem for his successor though.

They just see goals and start playing with their little things. The manager who comes in and says Ronaldo sit will be the manager who is ready to make the changes. Sadly, the management will sack him for damaging their marketing possibilities

The same thing happens everytime you play a half decent side. You are outplayed, and in them sort of games ronaldo is a passenger. He is as good as a man down and its killing yous.

Before a ball was kicked I said ronaldo would probs emd up being in the top 3 goalscorers in the prem league end of season, he may well still be. I also said that in games where you dont dominate possession and dictate the play he will be a luxury you cannot afford. Even I didnt anticipate though that you would be outplayed and dictated to so often. Yous will know better than me but aside from the very best, I'd also count villa, leceister, wolves today, newcastle last game as games where you have been dominated.

Yous arent good enough to accomodate a ronaldo right now. Thats not a slight on ronaldo who is arguably the greatest player of all time. Its a slight on the state of your squad. So many wasters in there that arent interested in the word team. As funny as it may be as a liverpool fan, its also a sad state of affairs for a club of your stature to get themselves into. In summary an absolute cluster fack of a shat show.

And yet Ronaldo is probably as bad or worse than all the names in terms of actual performance. But he will 90 minutes every single game to prove himself better.

That is the problem. The squads mindset is facked from him just joining. It's easy to grasp of you can overlook the goals.

I’ve been saying exactly the same and have it thrown in my face whenever he scores by those who ignore the bigger picture.

Turgid stuff, still glad we didn't get Conte though. Let's see what the summer brings.

I wasn't expecting miracles with Ralf, but I was expecting some kind of cohesion in our performances.
