If we wanted to pull some shenanigans we would do this in 2 weeks time.
This is going to cause us major issues and these cup games will need to re-scheduled straight away so ACON lads won't be back anyways
it won't be off. the EFL won't accept it.

Salah and Mane won't have played AFCON or not. Our reserves and youth have got us this far.
Training cancelled but training ground still open.
We are the biggest team left in this comp, if we ask for a one week delay we will get it.

If they can't postpone then we should play whatever team is available.
Surely you can field 13 players from your first team and youth squads if that's the case the game shouldn't be called off.
Either postpone or play would be my view.
I'd rather we play and get hammered than give Arsenal a bye into the final.

This is my thought, Klopp will want the tie out of the way with the minimum disruption to the first team as possible.
Last thing Liverpool want is games to clog up
Why not just a one off game at a neutral venue next week and scrap the other game?
