Only in Quebec. But everyone in the UK is banned.

It may not be technically legal, but there's not enough police to bust spliff smokers. Or if there is, they're behind a computer.
Home/Pub smokers are generally ok from where I am from.
Although they've had me in the past a few times the s.

No more of that. Only ever got caught once and that was outside Quebec. I remember being at the Jazz Festival here in Montreal in the mid 80s and giving the cop on crowd control a puff on a big fat hash spliff.

Bales, its a study from Oregon. Gotta wonder if the growers there sponsored it.
More and more countries and states seem to be legalising it now, and about time too.

I imagine truck loads more places will legalize it.

There used to be morality laws. These included gambling, drugs, and prostitution.
Just one more left up here. Maybe dress it up as saving people from $ex trafficking.
So many financial benefits for governments ,
and of course, so many more reasonable and satisfied citizens !
gambling has been legal for such a long time.
drugs is and always has been subjective. alcohol is a perfect example of this, nicotine the other.
prostitution is legal in Australia, holland and Nevada for example.

Never seen bad blood, but since Vito died they don't run things like they used to. Even before he died the family's leaders were getting killed as he was in prison in USA.
I actually thought it was good, you should give it a go.
when I was living in oz I got quite into underbelly which was part reality part fiction about the Melbourne gangwars, was kinda cool seeing a show about the names you came to know
