Getting Bamford back is what we need.
Just think the club spent. 25 million on James .

We wasted 10 mill on him. Good player but not the
finished article yet. He's a 15 mill player to me.
They could have got Danny Ings for that money .Someone who wouldn’t panic when presented with
a chance like our players do .

I've always rated Ings. Very good player. Injuries
have hampered him. Natural goal scorer. Great
finisher. Not sure MB would want him? Or if he'd fit
the system? As I said though, I rate him highly.
We seem to miss several chances in every game .

If we beat West Ham tomorrow, won't sign any body next week. If we beat Newcastle as well, we won't sign anyone at all. Feels to me like they're waiting to see what the gap is game to game and make a judgement then. 8 points will be double figures if we win either of our next 2.
As for Bamford. Wasn't at it early season and has been injured twice this season, a heck of a gamble relying on someone who misses a lot of chances and has injury issues.

is going to be rollercoaster dicey for a while.
Batty - Agree James was 10 million too much, still think he’s getting better and it shows that even if we do sign players in January an instant impact is far from guaranteed.
Shaun - We do seem to be playing the waiting game, if we take AR by his word, we can’t buy until we sell someone…that makes me think a loan or two would be the most we can expect.
Someone said it before, it has a feeling of a last season for Bielsa…hope not! Either way we need a huge summer.

Not entirely sure you aren't just talking out of your backside there.
We have Gelhardt, Greenwood, Dean and now Fernandez at U23 level, Summerville scored a hat-trick from midfield last time he played. We have no problems scoring at U23, problem is Mark Jackson has a very young squad and is having to chop and change due to the first team fitness issues. The changes he is having to make are illogical.
That said, Mullen, Gray, Maxi Dean and Miller all had much better games in a much more settled side.
