I imagine there will be some light hearted banter aimed at Sancho and Rashford, and I’ve also heard a Greenwood and Cristiano chant that should give them a nice welcome. Please no mention of Munich, there’s banter and there’s crossing the line. I love the passion both sets of fans will bring, just leave out the hate.

If we play our usual game I’m expecting a 4 or 5 goal thumping. Get men behind the ball and look for long balls to James, Raphinha and Harrison.

Have no expectations. The man vs man defense doesn't work in the PL, and leaves a motorway of free space down the middle. I expect them to win quite comfortably.
Realy wish Bielsa would bin that disastrous defensive set up.

Hammers heading for a 7th or 8th place finish. I expected Newcastle to get the 3 points the way it was going.

I think Newcastle were happy with a point by the end. With their new momentum (gifted by us), I think Newcastle are as good as safe and will finish well above us. Ditto Everton.

Think Ole has just about summed it up,

It's the business end of the season and the bottom teams are digging their heels in. All 0-0 except Burnley leading Brighton 2-0. If any of the bottom three are to escape, I'd put my money on Burnley – with Brentford going down.

Totally agree with that and your earlier comment about Newcastle and Everton. I think we’ll catch Brentford and Palace to finish 15th.

Be interesting to see how Dan James does. Kind of sold to you so we could get Sancho, who’s been rubbish mostly, but is showing some signs of getting better. Reckon James will be well up for it.
