Weren’t Chelsea going for the League title?
100 million.. 7 touches the whole game?! 7?
I mean, I know you’ll shrug it off, but Chelsea all a bit meh to me.
I am actually shocked how good Ralf Rangnick has done. He has turned us from a mess to a really good side tactically. Sort of reminds me when Ole took the job from Jose. If we could go from the 20th best side at finishing to like 4th best we would smash teams nearly every game.

They are an absolute bore. United are unpredictable but chaos is entertainment in itself. Chelsea fans know exactly what they're going to see every single week. And it's not fun

There is truth in this.... But you can can't deny our success... We would all love to see slightly better football at times, but you can't always have everything
Chelsea also had efficiency issues in the league that season.

I think you should've kept Tammy and added some real creativity and flare to midfield/attacking midfield.

Yeh, but there’s no excuses for under-performing in the league. You the European champs, and not even close to challenging in the domestic league.
So there’s an asterisk against teams that win it like that.
Questions can be asked, whether are they really good when they are so way off their league.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d love UTD to win the Champions League this season. It would be a new feeling, never experienced before, being the Champs of Europe but crap in the Prem. would be weird….
I’ll come to you for tips Sheriff if I have to cross that bridge

If other managers aren't available I could probably live with him staying on for longer if he wanted to and I''ve felt since he took the job he would but it's very unlikely that all of the managers we're looking at won't be available.
I think if we approached Ajax now we could get a deal agreed pretty quickly for Ten Hag if we really wanted to. That's what a well run club would do anyway.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This.
The plan has been clear from the outset; Rangnick to come in, we seek our permanent manager when the one we want might well be available., Rangnick moves upstairs in a consultancy role.
That's a decent and coherent plan and we should stick to it. Lurching from one plan to the next is exactly the kind of thinking that has plagued the club for years.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah if we're just waiting to see what happens in the next two or three months before making a decision on a manager for next season then I think it's safe to assume the club hasn't learned anything from past mistakes.
“Another season” …. WTF!
For starters I don’t think Ralf has what it takes as a manager to get us back to where we need to be!
Now! If he did get us a top 4 position and the board decided to give him a go then giving him only a year is sending out the wrong message!
I judge managers based on domination, not just results and Rangnick has made us insanely dominant. He would look a genius if we took our chances. We missed 7 clear cut chances out of 7 against Boro when we got knocked out the cup.
What’s the point of having an interim manager for another season?
Either the club are lining up a permanent replacement or they’re happy to just drift along without any real plan

This is exactly what I keep saying. The one year thing is baffling. I think some of our fans have become so used to hiding behind the excuse of transition for failure that now they want us to be in constant transition.
It's only a hypothetical and it probably won't happen. But that hypothetical just makes no sense to me at all

That was just Robb using various Chelsea sock accounts to drum up support tbf
Unless they say, Ralf will be in control even when he moves upstairs, then the one more season thing can work, cos players will know whose vision it is. The Manager can just concentrate on the game
Man Utd forwards are performing similar to Werner of last season in nearly every game since Rangnick got the job.
Unless we start showing title winning form and win the CL we won’t appoint Ragnick permanently.
