Anyone know when Skipp is back?
We need him alongside Holjberg ASAP...
With Bentacur picking up an injury... we do NOT need Winks playing!!!

I don't think the system was the issue yesterday. It has been for other games but against a rigid Burnley team who are well drilled, it's about having the quality to be able to penetrate their defence. Otherwise you're relying on luck to get a result.

the system doesnt allow us to control games. even though have better ball manipulators than burnley, they were on top for large parts of the game. if we had a very good 4 across the middle then we could. but when its sess winks peh and royal than that is screaming mid table at me. gosh that is a facking shiiiit unit

I'd rather us go with a 3-5-2 formation that served us well against Leicester, but I don't think it would have mattered last night. What Conte put out as his starting 11 I thought was fine. The reality is in many of these games we don't have enough quality currently (as in mentally and technically).
Kane is great at what he does but I'm left cringing when I see his dropping deep so often leaves chances up top falling to players who just aren't going to score. Son can be great too but as we know has too many off nights. There isn't a team there to get any good winning runs going, when you break it down.
Shows how pathetic we are to have the likes of Winks, Moura, and Doherty as backups.
Really this isn't a very good option to have for changing a game.
We needed Moura to attack their fullbacks after they had an hour of trying to fnd us off, but what did Moura do? Gave you the ball in our defense and never even looked like attacking!
Then look at Winks. We mount an attack, he gets the ball and we think here we go we are going forward, but no. Winks then plays a sideways ball. Though he immediately position himself to make himself avalaible! Just a show!
Irritating at best! No wonder Conte looks aged!
Good Lord, those missed transfers are coming back to haunt us!
This side will need years to get anywhere near the top 2.
Spurs beat Man. City, arguably one of the best teams in the world and then lose to Burnley, arguably one of the worst teams in the PL. Go figure!
Is it a player problem or a manager problem?

Same defeats as Burnley. 4 defeats in 5.
