Rudiger has steel, looks, plays and has attitude of a nutcase! Not a bad defender either.

Chelsea will be need to tighten their belts with Roman's accounts frozen so can see this happening.

They won't be able to match United for wages now.

Rudiger will not be joining any other Prem side, City don't need him, nor probably Liverpool, although he & VVD would be excellent, Utd are in transition both team & managerial...so not attractive...it'll be PSG or RM if he goes
