He made a second challenge which on its own was a booking. Ref let him off with a final warning due to the earlier booking. He should have gone at that point. Not a warning. No wonder Rooney is scathing of referring standards and consistency. Fortunately that one made no difference in the end.

That second foul, as you say should have been a - I just don't get it.
The first certainly warranted a - it would have to a Derby player - again, I just don't get it.
No accountability for refs and as Wayne said last week, this affects careers.

My mob scooter charge won't last that far Scouse
I always think that too many players get sent off and that refs should try to avoid it if possible, giving "final warnings" etc, because of the impact such things have on the game. So I don't think personally think that the Barnsley player should have been sent off though given the way the rules are generally interpreted, he probably would have been given a red by many refs. It does seem that we don't get an even break on these things. Most of us thought Stearman's red card was a fair decision but for that one I also thought the ref might have been more lenient. I think we should have a bit more common sense and a bit less letter of the law in all areas of reffing.
I have bought a ticket for the Blackburn game, Scouse.
I've bought one too vidal.
You were right first time Scouse

Rather naughty use of capital letters there Vidal. Are you giving a cryptic message about your opinion of Scouse?
I've got skin like a rhinoceros and it keeps him entertained Spart.
Are you covered in oxpeckers, Scouse?
Will make the task of finding you next Tuesday somewhat easier if so.

No just the single horn in the middle of my forehead.
Does it work, or have you get a bell around your neck?
Getting concerned about where this is going
You have to wonder why the oxpeckers are shunning Scouse. They aren't generally fussy about the company they keep, in fact I believe that it is only really Lichtenstein's hartebeest that they aren't all that keen on. So either Scouse is a Lichtenstein's hartebeest or he's a liar. Make up your own minds.
I see Bielik hs been included in the national squad.
Bless you Uncle Tom for attempting to change the subject. I wish you every success in your endeavours.
