Not third. Ebenezer Levy would love an excuse not to spend

Curious to know, of Everton get eid of Ali this summer for a low fee, what would they owe spurs? I know mk dons had a sell on fee but wasn't sure what agreement spurs had with everton.

I know. It’s got a Villa away loss written all over it. One things for sure, tonight won’t be the last night for a shock. We’ll have our bumps too. It’s gonna go right to the wire.

Honestly, I have seen us with a remarkedly marked improvements both in defense and in midfield, and Kulu has added some dynamics into the front play too.
I think we've only conceded 1 in 4/5 games, and have gone from -1 GD to +11?

Anyone doubting us still should grow a pair!

Our two Jan signings have elevated our midfield and attack to a new dimension, and Romero has added bit of steel to the back line. West Ham's bully boy Antonio didn't get a sniff from Romero who not only out muscle him on occasions but made him look like a Sunday league player.

This side looks settled and I fancy us to get above Arsenal. Whether we will get top 4 does depend on other factors, and also on United imo. But we have given ourselves a very good platform to have a go.

A win this weekend would be huge, I had us down to draw with Newcastle and draw this one and Arsenal to beat Palace, we would essentially be 7 points better off than I was expecting.

Arsenal have that run of Chelsea away, United home, West Ham away - one of which is their game in hand, whereas we play Leicester home and Brentford away. That’s where I am expecting us to pick up significant points on them before a loss at Anfield the following week.

It would be nice to go into the NLD with us happiest with a draw - they would have to attack and would surely leave gaps that we can exploit.

Also if Chelsea drop points away to Southampton today and we win then 3rd is on again, they have some tough fixtures themselves and seem to be in a proper wobble
