He will need more time to adjust to a new tip if he does change it.
Think the tip thing has become a phycological thing with him

deffo a phycological issue regards ronnie's tip, when he was on for a century break he just got down and played his shots no bother, it was when it wasn't going smoothly it was an irritant - that said he did have that one nasty miscue
