Blackpole - Son and Kulu deserve as much stick as Kane today. All three were awful or made to look awful.

Brighton beat us tactically and most of that was shutting out Kane. Up to the rest of the team to win us a game for once.

We can talk about can’t we ? Why does that make me or anyone else for that matter clueless ?

Kane was useless today as was everyone but we rely on him so my view is he should know that and not be flying off to the US for a game of golf

Yes it may not have affected him but the evidence suggests otherwise with him looking lethargic today

You are clueless. Had you watched the game today you might have noticed how Brighton's game plan was to nullify Kane. The service to him and if he escaped that they were all over him.

Kane went Saturday. Say he came back on Monday, he had 4 days in between today's game to prepare. Have you ever flown on a plane before? Do you always get jet lag? He would have flown private too more than likely.

You have lost you head and scape goating him when in actual fact today was 100% on Conte.

I’ve already said it was the whole team

I’m not picking on Kane deliberately but as we rely on him so much when things don’t work unfortunately as our best player he will get the most flak (from me anyway) fairly or unfairly

I’m not hysterical nor a child tbf. Players didn’t really make mistakes it’s just their automations weren’t obvious as Brighton countered all of Conte’s plans

Anyone else worried teams we face in the future will use this blue print to stop us from playing?

I have always thought Conte style was one dimentional. He even admitted Potter's tactics were spot in the post match comments.

One hopes that Conte will draw up a plan B on the back of today for the future. He has to shoulder the blame for not adapting or changing for the formation.

Nah cos I imagine we’ll get a 10 in the summer (Eriksen) to change things. Similarly we’ll get better as our players get better - Pep is just as easy to know how to play against. It’s just if your plan A is so dominant it’s just simply hard to stop.

I’m surprised by some of the Kane comments. I don’t know why people think so simply when it comes to football and expects footballers to be robots who do nothing but eat steamed veg and meat and train.
