there were a few moments of confusion before i got that !!!
i enjoyed consequences of love by the way. no wayyyyy is it comparable to BL in terms of cinematography imo, but an interesting and enjoyable movie. the italian film noir from 1970 (forget the name) seemed good too but i only lasted about 30 minutes.
even limiting it to post-1970, just 10 is tough, so i'll make 2 lists, one being foreign language ones:
