I'm not lying,and it proves I'm more of a fan than many on here. Just because I criticise the team doesn't mean I'm not, the abuse on here is a disgrace, think it just goes to show many of you are inadequate in many ways.

i can safely say iv been to around 300 games and just like you i cant prove nothing here but at least i know im honest and you are just a muppet. Wheres your proof like i said i could claim to go to thousands but i live in NI and have travelled over to roughly 10 games a year for over 40 years bar a few years here and there when travel wasnt possible. I have seen us promoted and relegated(worst day of my life v ipswich) but as i said i cant prove anything on here whereas you cant convince anyone you are even a leeds fan never mind going to over 1000 games. Plus if as you say you are more of a fan than anyone else here then leeds are fooked because no team could survive with top fans like you dragging them down

Oh, and Lowfields, you asked which German team!..

My first team sinse I was 5-6yrs old,(long time before I came over here!)is Leeds United, my second team,(because I've lived here sinse 87!)is Vfl Osnabrück, a small club in the 3rd division!..

LDL, at my age a year can mix things up a little!.

Yes I can also confirm it was Autumn 1981 where I was in the Stretford end with a Man Utd schoolfriend and we unfortunately lost to a late Frank Stapleton goal and yes it wax sadly, definitely the 81/82 relegation season.

We have uncannily repeated some of the same tyoe of results and signings of that 81/82 season, where the last home fixture our penultimate game of the season was then, like it is this season Brighton and our first game of that season was away and we also got stuffed 5-1 except it was at Swansea and not Man U.

We also payed over the odds £900k which was hell of a lot back then buying a winger, Peter Barnes from WBA and like DJ this season he was slightly disappointing to say the least and had a pretty average seaon before we got rid of him sharpish to Real Bettis. ... Spooky!

I was at the Brighton game that year - I think we were 1-0 down and pulled out a miraculous 2-1 win in the end to give us hope.

The argument is a touch childish don't you think.

For you information, I haven't been to a game for about five years but have watched every minute of every game and where possible, every minute of every U23's game, in that period.
For me, a game is travelling, by myself, a round trip of close to five hundred miles and a game is a much greater commitment than for those who live within spitting distance of ER and go because their mates go.
I don't count myself as any more or less a Leeds fan than anyone else because it isn't quantifiable and isn't based on how many games you get to.

My Regiment moved from here to Londonderry and I was attached to the Irish Rangers for my last 6 months!..
