Chatting to a mate of mine who is a big Partick boy last weekend and believe you me he has no love for Rangers. Despite this he was very pleased that a Scottish side were in the final and respected what an achievement it was when you compare their budget and squad value with many of the teams they have knocked out.

Is this attitude completely beyond Celtic fans?

Pawl, there is some grudging respect but the history of our two clubs isn't all that pleasant and when were in the final in Seville years back we didn't get anything nice, its simply how it is with us
