Are we about to lose the front 3
No.
Do you think Klopp will target a new RB this window?
An awful lot of goals conceded by Pool, come from Trent's side of the pitch. Including yday again.
Obviously going forward he is brilliant but are you as fans concerned? Surely there is no harm in giving him some serious competition.

I really don’t get why Klopp is so against making him a midfielder. I could be wrong but on the right of a midfield 3 he could be outstanding.
Nunez has had one good season and gnabry hasn't even had that.

I think it's time to start properly planning for the future without Mane and Salah personally. Mane definitely looks off and Salah i'm still not convinced will sign either. Firmino can stay until his contract is up for continuity purposes, as don't want too much change all at once.
Diaz was a great addition. Bit disappointing last night but can forgive him that given his 2 motm's performances in the other cup finals.
Hopefully we can bring in another player of that calibre this summer ,and then potentially another one in the following summer, and we should be well set.

Agree to an extent but Trent lost his man for the goal. This a good angle of the goal. Robertson tries to press.
Modric plays a great pass. Thiago does not cover Robertson leaving VVD exposed.
Trent takes one look over his shoulder to see Vini. As soon as Benzema runs towards VVD, Trent does not have a clue where he is. No doubt it was a great ball but had Trent been more aware he might get a toe on the ball.

If no players were ever caught out out then every game would finish 0-0.
But going back to the question posed. Who can we get in to replace mane as I think he is def off. He prob feels he has done all he needs to in prem.

Its a really tough summer coming up. There will be huge disapointment in the squad in missing out on the big 2. I also dont think mane leaving wouldve been forseen, but its looking like hes off. He will be a massive massive miss and a whole that will need filled this summer. You cannot expect to win the league when the team that just won it buy haaland and we lose mane.
As for salah its a difficult one. If the club know he isnt going to sign an extension id sell and use the cash to buy a top replacement. If he leaves on a free next summer we are in big trouble as we do not have the finances to replace a 100m player without selling.
Having said all that the thought of goimg into next season with neither mane or salah doesnt really bear thinking about. I trust the club though, think theyve more than earned that trust over the last few years.
It does feel pivotal this summer coming up.

I disagree. Liverpool lost what 4 games in total over 60+ games. Fine margins separate the best teams. Attack looked a bit jaded towards the last 5-10 games but still a monster of a season.
The fact rival fans mock not getting a quad and have had to wait til the last game of the season to do so says just how good Liverpool have done this year.
I can see klopp looking at the nkunku/attacker and a midfielder. Should be plenty of $ from this season. Defence has good depth.
Players like Mane and Salah have put a huge shift in over the past few seasons, it must be tempting to think about going to a less demanding league and probably warmer climes with big money on offer.
Klopp is very demanding and needs hunger in his players, one of Fergie greatest qualities was knowing when to cull and sell on, this could be one of those moments for Klopp.

I think we are about to see klopps 2nd and prob last lfc team being built.
Mane had a poor 2021 and it seems as though we were not keen to offer any deal because it looked like he was hitting some decline but since AFCON that notion is short lived and it will be a huge mistake to let him go.

Dont think anyone (certainly liverpool fans anyway) are doubting how good a season weve had. But its over now and its time to go again.
I honestly didnt think mane would leave, I thought hed be a shoe in to sign a new deal and thats caught me off guard a bit. If we lose him plus the uncertainty around salahs future I think it gives us some big problems. These 2 have been 2 of the best players on the planet for 3 or 4 years now, it will be a big ask to replace them.
Id hoped no unexpected sales this summer would mean all we need was a midfielder. There arent many manes out there, not for less than 80m anyway. We will need to unearth another gem.
