It’s hardly a surprise. Regardless of what actually did or did not happen, AH and her lawyers made a right mess of the case.

Personally I find it hard to believe that the jury honestly believe he never abused her once, which in my understanding, was what the verdict should have been delivered on.

I don't feel particularly sorry for Heard because I believe she partook in her fair share too and sounds like she would be antagonist and manipulative, but I do worry for future victims. This verdict and the dogs abuse she's received will make so many more think about coming forward.

Both people suck for creating this awful situation basically.

In your understanding is incorrect. It's whether or not it was mutual abuse. Which it was.

She’ll appeal I would have thought. Even if she doesn’t, she seems deluded enough to try and spin it as some sort of miscarriage of justice.

It was a defamation case, yes. However, everything revolved around allegations and statement of domestic violence. JD proved beyond doubt that statements she had made about DV were false. Jury were unanimous.

Jury didn’t agree with you. I watched a fair bit of the trial, and his witnesses were credible. Her witnesses looked like a bunch of hacks. You can never know what goes on between two people behind closed doors, but JD came across as credible. AH came across as unbelievable and a narcissist. Jury was only going to see it one way in my opinion.

We’ve all had some old scrubber on our case at one stage haven’t we, and had to put them in their place one way or another, by any means necessary. I don’t have any symptathy for Depp, he should’ve laid down the law early doors, facking gutless phanny.

I bet you’ve been bitćh slapped plenty by numerous scrubbers.

Yeah from what I saw it was almost like she threw it away. She did some really bizarre stuff on camera, the fake tears, the fake note taking etc etc, plus it was all done so poorly for someone so high up in that profession. Similar with her legal team.

Personally I think they're both s and should both fade into obscurity

You’re doing something wrong by having old scrubbers on your case. Raise your own standards. Then you might not have to raise your own hands.
