rushden and diamonds - the ultimate end point for sugar daddy run clubs. lived beyond their means and support for years and once the benefactor decided to pack it in, crashed and burned.
they are now what man city and chelsea will be in a few years (or one revolution/russian president) time.
Cheers oshealegend .It's appreciated
I suppose it's unfair having to travel to Manchester knowing that a nearby club has debts of over £700,Million but is still allowed to operate so I will sign.
Haha cheers Boris Inky Gibson

But its perfectly acceptable for clubs like man u, barca and real madrid to have 400m debts looming over their clubs
Thanks Billy the Kid
& Luiz The Manc Slayer can you please just keep to the article. A non league side are being unfairly punished due to another club's faliure to pay its bills.

and it's very fair to have a club losing 100m+ a season? triggering wage inflation that is ripping football apart just so a bunch of oil barons can win a few mates in london to keep them in power and their people down?
city fans lecturing on finance

but of course chelsea has no debt because roman paid it off.
can he do that every year for the next 20? you'd better hope so - you're nowhere near profit.

Only typical that your cr4p would be upset at having clubs who are challenging your dominance. I guess you'll actually have to earn the title rather than have clubs roll over for you but even still you have to have rudolph intimidate the referees to help you win
Please don't have a dispute on here about your respective clubs debt.
The whole point of this article was to promote the danger that a small non league side face if they are moved into the Northen division
Thank you can_not_kick_it
being in the North will man you southern jesses up a little.
Don't you understand RedBlackandWhiteside that these are NON league footballers. They don't earn the amounts of cash that Rooney/Tevez/Gerrard etc earn.
They have day jobs as well as playing for their town. Roughly they'll have a 450 mile round trip to Blyth Spartans which isn't exactly convineient if you have work the next day.

Very true.
Just to let you I have signed and I have also tweeted it.
Would just like to say cannot beleive that people are putting in cheap shots. At times like theses this is when as fans we should all as fans get together. I hope the petition is successful if there is anything else I can do let me knowe.

I don't imagine the Blyth Spartans players relish the prospect either when they have to travel all the way down to Bishop Stortford.
anyway, its not about Bishops Stotford its about Rushden.
( I have to say that cos Mrs RebblackandWhiteside is from..Rushden!)
Take a look at this map, this is all the clubs they will have to travel to. Seems unfair to me, I'll sign.

Sorry I couldn't hyperlink in my last comment.
Blyth Spartans have more travelling and they're not whingeing about it.
Blyth Spartans haven't been moved from one league to another.
Why are you so argumentative?
