Work had to be done just to stay in the top 4.
Top 4 and a cup would be good.
I think the problem is Liverpool and City would still have much better squads than us so it would be very difficult to win the league.
I think we come 3rd/4th with or without big spending, but with a squad like the OP we could definitely close the gap on the top 2.
Overhauling City will be difficult, but if Levy gives Conte the squad he wants, then overtaking Varpool and Chelsea is possible.
I don`t see Varpool as too far ahead at all, they failed to beat any of the top 4 last season and had massive help from the referees to avoid defeat in all 6 of those games.
If the officials do their jobs properly for once, and don`t bottle key decisions against Varpool at key moments in games, then everybody will be in the chasing pack trying to finish above City.
So city are too hard to overcome but the team who are single figure points off them over the last 4 years you can overcome. Simpleton
Be a great transfer window if you pull off that. Contes defensive counter attacking football should see you do well in cup comps so be interesting to see if you do go fairly far in cups how your squad deals with the extra games, not having the luxury of playing just once a week and only prem games like most of last season.
Also meant to say I'm liking your business this year and think you are setting yourselves up really well. All of those buys might be a touch unrealistic though (raphina stands out as maybe a stretch) and I would warn against too many new faces -look at Chelsea over the last few years. A slower steadier build often works better.

Clearly deluded or just on the wum, i mean in the spurs liverpool games alone there was only one team benefitting from var and officials and it was his team spurs. Kane not being set off and the most blatant penalty of the season on jota not given..

(Obviously it is unlikely but) take away all the favourable officiating and subsequent massive points swing in Pool`s favour, and then yes they can be overhauled. City don`t rely on a leg up at every key moment from the officials, they are just an outstanding team.

Prefer Skriniar to Bastoni.

behave, city benefitted far more from ref decisions and VAR last season.
The everton handball, the Arsenal game, the ederson assault, the wolves handball pen they got and theres others im missing but these were some of the worst decisions of the season probably THE worst.

And what to sign Richarlison biggest cheat in PL
With what Richarlison would cost you, probably most out of all of them transfers? surely theres better. Hes a good player but 50m + good ? and hes a massive too.

ship has sailed for that one i would imagine, looks like he'll join PSG if anyone
Bastoni is a back 3 player but his transition to the prem is pretty unclear considering hes not keen on leaving and still young
think Torres as option instead of Dier and Davies seems most possible due to the Lo Celso transfer. lots of ?s over him though

I dunno if the ship has sailed. If Inter are looking to sell MS then we should pitch in a bid too. Conte knows the player so we have that advantage. Have PSG even appointed anyone yet? I think we have more chance of signing him IF Inter are looking to sell.

Think it will be Torres but other than that I’d say that pretty much will be our squad next season.
How well we do depends on a lot of things, should Liverpool lose VVD again then we could finish above them. If Haaland doesn’t adapt……..
Too early to say with regards to trophies, but I would say we look nailed on for top 4 again as things stand and this time Arsenal won’t be within 6 points of us
That squad would challenge on all fronts. Problem is levy will need to fund it EVERY year with quality additions like Liverpool do to win the title. Not just one summer ever 15 years
