On first glance it seems a lot 'kinder' than last season. If we get a good start to the season it will be a massive boost.
I'm kind of torn between
Well you have to play everyone twice anyway sonit dosent matter.
And
That seems nicer...
Like you say no month of death and looking at it you don't have any prolonged period of time where you think "wow we will be lucky to pick up any points for several games here..."
Think it will be easier tonpick up momentum, regardless of anything JM did have us picking up points against teams you would expect us to pick up points against after he came in so hopefully we can build up a steady stream of points rather than going an age without a win
couldn't ask for much better really, well happy

Last season and the season before, we had blocks of games which looked like L L L, this time we have a fighting chance to keep picking up points every other game or so.
Yes I'm also satisfied with the opening half a dozen games and I can see 10/11 points from those early fixtures giving us good momentum and a great chance to keep ourselves comfortably above the bottom 6.
A nice calm mid table ish 12th position and I'm sure we'll all be as happy as Larry with that next season.
It’s a pity last season’s list wasn’t like this season’s. Maybe we would have done better? Who knows? I‘m still sad Bielsa isn’t with us any more.

If you get a run of games against the top teams and you end up on a run of losses and in the relegation zone then you are under pressure. Pressure that may not have been there had the fixture list been kinder. Without that pressure the team will be more likely to win more points over the season.
Next seasons fixtures looks less likely to give an extended run of losses than last season. Lets hope that proves to be the case.
very happy with those fixtures and hope we do have secured safety before we get to final month as that does look like a tricky finish and wouldnt want to be needing anything because that does look like our toughest run
I might be wrong but I too feel that last season's opening fixtures (and the resulting defeats) played a part in our poor season. Considering how strongly we finished the previous season, had we begun by facing mid to lower opposition I think we'd have been flying. That can't be proved however, but we had as strong a team as the season before, despite losing the likes of Alioski, Berardi and the Spanish maestro. And then, of course, the injuries kicked in – it was like wading through treacle after that.
Anyway, bring on next season and let's do it for Bielsa.
Bournemouth away May bank holiday
I think it'll be a lot quieter down there this time.

Me too, Maidin, but at least we are still in the Premier League.
