I can see at least one big signing this summer with other proven prem players
It seems sensible at thee we moment but reckon they are just trying to keep the spot light off themselves
While UEFA look into PSG and City finances they should also look into Real Madrid over the last 60 years and see how financially doped they have been.

It's financial doping.
