Anyone with half a brain cell should have known he would have been a disaster.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shame more than half of Britain don't have a brain
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just over 20% of the population of the UK voted for their local Conservative candidate.

Just reading things people are saying about tory voting demographics, are people seriously suggesting that English people should be euthanised? I mean the evidence suggests yes, but surely a bit harsh?

Has anyone watched those videos of those really sharp grinding cyclinders that you chuck things in and they eventually catch and get destroyed? That could be a good method. Also those water jet videos are pretty cool. Imagine cutting a peenis and balls shape out of a tory's fat abdomin and then putting it on a bbq and feeding the poor at a big party. That would be cool

The wonderful thing about living in a truly free democracy like the UK is that you get the chance to have a laugh at the pathetic whingers who voted for the losing side.

Amazing that anyone alive would actually vote for cants like Trump or Johnson but that is the state of the world these days, far too many gobshates who are just desperate to stir shat up rather than just follow common decdency.

So many people could have sensible views if they just sat down properly and really examined who is funding these extreme views and the reason they’re doing it

In the US especially so many of these people are so deathly scared of communism/socialism (they don’t know the difference) that they will do the huge corporations bidding while simultaneously bashing the MSM, big business, big Pharma etc.

Makes no sense

Arab, you say thick northerners in the Red Wall are to blame for brexit.
Where are you from?
Just asking.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Where did I say northerners are thick? And I was born there myself. Thankfully Manchester is one of the few areas to have voted remain and don’t vote Tory. It just saddens me to see northern accents on the radio these days facking defend Boris Johnson.

These politics threads do make me

Tories this, Labour that, whoever voted for those are thick.

Most of the voting populace are brainwashed idiots who only vote for their party because their parents did & no other reason. They don't bother reading the manifestos of their parent's party let alone other parties.

Yet these self same people who haven't got a thought of their own as far as politics are concerned are the first to have a go at any other voter to tries to affect change by voting against their family norm.

Some families have disassociated themselves from family members who didn't vote the family way. I have in the past voted for all of the 3 main parties and will do again when I don't agree with with whichever one is pretending to be 'for the people' at the time.

Those who blindly vote the same colour every time are the real problem.

Don't forget, Thatcher brought in council tax, covered up Hillsborough stopped free milk in primary schools and sent our armed forces to reclaim the Falklands. Blair took us into an illegal war in Iraq, and as near as bankrupted the country with the endless giveaways to buy the public vote.

Neither of the 2 main parties have supported the things that really matter, NHS, schooling, policing etc but again it's the 'opposition' voters who conveniently forget how bad things got when their 'preferred' (actually, their parent's preferred) party were last in power that are now screaming for blood.

They will probably get their way in the next election but this time the red side won't have the vast treasury surpluses they have inherited the last few times they enjoyed their stint in charge.

Who will I vote for come the next election?

I really don't have a fecking clue as they're all as bad as each other, in it to line their own pockets and not much else.

Oh & I fully expect the 'I really don't have a fecking clue' to be taken out of context and quoted as a single line, probably by the brainwashed idiots wh really DON'T have a clue, the ones who will continue voting for the same party their parents & grandparents did out of 'loyalty'

Americans will scream out against the concept of socialism, then set up (or contribute) to a GoFundMe. I'd say it's ironic, but I'm pretty sure they don't know what that is either.

The term ‘woke’ is a godsend for the right wing as it has been hijacked to such a degree that anything that challenges the status quo can now be labelled woke by the right wing media and used to whip the readers/viewers up into a frenzy. I’m sure I saw the other day on Twitter the front page of the Mail or the Sun were calling builders who seek to better themselves by reading a book or getting help with their mental health are now ‘woke’. As if that’s a bad thing πŸ™„

Hopefully Rupert Murdoch catches Covid one day soon.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Extreme positions tend to be labelled, whether far right or far left. You won't see moderates labelled to the same extent.

Whether 'woke' or 'SJW', it doesn't really matter. It's simply describes a dogmatic culture that most don't like.

Also speaking of Covid, remember when everyone on here was wishing Bojo well when he had it. Virtue signalling at its finest πŸ˜„

How is that virtue signalling? You can think a guy is an absolute chode of a PM who isn’t fit to run a lemonade stall let alone a country but still not want him to die. That’s a pretty moderate take.

Yeah was the Daily Mail calling builders woke because a survey came out saying x amount talk about their feelings, do yoga, and don't eat an English fry up.

Woke is now anyone who isn't a stereotypical 1970s bloke according to the Mail.

Boris was nowhere near death when he was admitted to hospital as a precaution when he had covid. Hes well and truly milked that episode.

So what has society done lately to deserve better leaders?
