I wonder what caused them to all decide that they should have some morales

While Boris has been an unmitigated but entirely predictable disaster, history cautions me against celebrating his demise too much because they always seem to be replaced with someone even worse. Can you imagine the hellscale of Patel as prime minister, Dorries as home secretary, and Mogg as chancellor?

Spot on WPP I said some time ago, Teresa May, David Cameron, don't seem quite so bad now....

Boris Johnson is the least trustworthy person in history to lead our government, made famous for delivering the most public apologies while in office.

He fails a list of necessary basic requirements to even be a minister.

He has been a predictable disaster, and it is about time his cabinet removed him. The excuse for not doing so already: charisma.

Public opinion if Johnston should resign >60% time to go Boris, thanks for getting Brexit done...... oh ye, failed that too

Don’t let’s start kidding on that any of them from any party have morals.

This is all about trying to defend the indefensible and realising it’s doing them more harm personally.

I find it strange that it that after everything it will the Pincher situation that brings Johnson down - not the range of other stuff that has went before?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It’ll be maybe just the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Their resignations are all about self preservation. That’s it.

Jockeying for their own run for top Tory.

Looks very much like BoJo might be gone tonight, judging by the size of the delegation about to tell him to resign ... and who is in it. His position is totally untenable ... well, it has been for quite a while I guess, but it's totally, totally, totally untenable now.

It’s actually bad for the Labour Party if Boris goes….coz he’s a fcking disaster, and the longer he stays in office, the more damage he does to the Tories

PM Boris johnston falls short of a third term in government as leader

by only 7 years

Wonder who will succeed him? Truss, Gove, Sunak. The list of ambitious candidates is long.

This government, with its majority need to start addressing its manifesto. With no more gimmicks or clown leaders.

They'll just replace one clown with another. The list of contenders is endless.........'The Brand' is toxic
