The club chose not to go for Conte, it may tun out to be a mistake but I udnerstand why. The club hope that with EtH we can build some solid foundations and actually build on them and have some kind of stability and for many years.

Ten Hag has a 10 year record of saving clubs money, The Glazers love to save money. 17 years of these parasites and people are still not connecting the dots.

As for Maguire, U23's until his contract expires or someone is stupid enough to buy him but that won't happen, this puppet insulted every fans intelligence minutes into his first press conference by saying how good he's been for us.

Crouch said on his podcast a 50% wage reduction for relegation is common place now, although teams may 'renew' a star players contract to navigate around it if they are highly valued.

Can see why failing to make CL, if a team is accustomed to being in it, could be treated in a similar way. Cost of that team and status of the club I don't see the issue. Have you seen the Man U wage structure? This would be impossible to enforce unless it was in the contract I'm sure, and the fact is most Man U players are massively over paid as it is, based on their recent success.

People can complain but I'd argue they are still earning too much. Doesn't mean all of them deserve it but the vast majority, including maguire, are fortunate to even be at United. And I say that as a guy who hates United!

This 'No CL' reduction isn't a new thing. Not sure why it's such an issue. The clause has been written into every new contract at United since 2013.

And the club and supporters are siding with him over Ronaldo.

It's been known for 9 years!

Interesting that there is much less outrage about a player who has failed to report for training amid an inconveniently late transfer demand than for a player liking a social media post ostensibly in support of the striking player.
