It'll be the same but with Elliot and Jones getting a lot of minutes (although can't see them starting against quality like City if the others are available, possibly for smaller games like Utd).

Carvalho just glides and I am very excited by all three. It gives us a serious squad depth imo, something that over seem to overlook but I rate them very highly indeed.

If we can get 15 goals and 15 assists between the three of them they will have made a good contribution.

Can't see Elliott and carvalho starting together in midfield in the prem. But we saw pre injury that klopp trusted Elliott to start in big games (Chelsea) and he was right to as well.

I can't see Carvalho playing in midfield full stop.

I was impressed with the pace Carvalho had and think he can play on the left wing. He has the close control and skill to be a Diaz back up.

On the mf...I'm hoping that gini comes back, for me it's a no brainer. Liked at liverpool by all accounts and obvs knows the Klopp system, get him on loan for the year then get Bellingham after his loan is finished.

Gini is a quality player and would cover the injuries that are inevitable to Thiago. .AOC...I believe Ox is out now with injury!!!

Big no to Wij

Jones blows too hot and cold for me. I do like him and he’s quality at times like. Suppose injuries and being on the bench will mess with a player though

It's very difficult to say as of today.

Klopp has not revealed his first choice this season yet.

Fabinho is obviously no 6.

Thiago is the main lcm imo.

I am not so sure about keita, henderson, Elliott.

Klopp has many options here. But at some point these kids have to grab the shirt or not. Then we will see.

I accept I’m basing my view on very limited viewing of Bejcetic, but for me he’s got to be considered good enough for the squad. He may not feature against a top six club/EC/etc., but he should be in the mix.

a nice steal but very young still.

given we were actively looking at loaning out tyler morton but have now paused that for the money due to "injuries"

this suggests that Thiago Alcantara, James Milner, Jordan Henderson, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. are seen as a tiny bit light.

Ox is clearly out with hamstring but is anyone else struggling right now?

Bajetic is seen as a CB who can play no 6 so having morton held may suggest morton is seen as no 8 cover by klopp?

in any event the 9 man bench plus 5 subs may help these player's causes.
