Feel more confident although they were very poor. Defence was too high at times but we looked good going forward. Thought the new signings looked good Roca looks tidy. Aronsson looks a good signing, lively. Big Rasmus will be a fan favourite if he isn't already
Harrison and Rodrigo were excellent.
better than i was expecting but wont have that space and time in PL but a morale boosting win none the less. Hope they gain a lot of confidence from that and kick on but worries still exist in defence

Bit disappointed that no Gyabi as have to say he has impressed me most of all the players we brought in. Looks to have a bit of bite about him. Bench seems a bit light. Poveda and Costa dont look to have a future at ER so no idea why they are even on the bench. No Joffy or Greenwood either?

Some very nice spells tonight, feeling more positive goomg into Saturday.
Great to see Bamford get 90mins and 2 goals.
One criticism is we every so often we take 1 touch to many and just miss putting someone through on goal or making a run down the wing
Felt the opposition were very poor so difficult to judge the ease of second half scoring.
Looks like that the intention was to play next weeks starting eleven versus Wolves for the full 90 minutes tonight so Struijk gets the temporary left back gig.
Subs bench for Wolves will be
Klich + Kids.

Cooper expected to start training tomorrow but going to be a few weeks surely to get match fit.
Sinisterra / Forshaw one week away from training.
Firpo / Ayling two weeks away from training.

Not great starting the season with 6 senior players already out.
Apparently we lost to a Man city 11 yesterday in a behind closed doors match. Joffy, Summerville, Greenwood, James, Hjelde etc all started and played 90 mins so were not subs yesterday. Not sure what the score was and what the full team was. Strange that Klich didn't play at all. Hope he's not sold as we need back ups.
