Enjoy your holiday.

Try releasesky next time if you need a stream, unless it’s taken down this season

I thought Roca and Adams were excellent. There was a reason our midfield didn't get torn apart like last season. Tidy and neat nothing spectacular but kept the game running for us. Roca died off in the second half but was excellent in the first half.

Played well first half even after early setback and deserved to be at least level. Should have had a Pen and keeper should have been booked at least. Never came out first 30 mins second half and Mes kept us in it and subs gave us fresh legs. Thought Klich was excellent when he came on so good start but i was hoping for more control rather than end to end though entertaining for the neutral isnt good for my nerves. 3 points on the board and hope we can have 2 good halves against saints and another 3 points

Having seen the replay of the clear foul on Rasmus, shocked it wasn’t a pen and booking for dangerous play

Melier looked quality today, He's got the making's of world class.
Will be interesting when Dallas and Bill are fit again.
Think they could do some damage running riot for 60 mins or so.

Meslier had a good solid game.
Rasmussen a bit of a hit or miss debut.
Struijk was decent enough, not sure Firpo would be any better.
Aaronson was quite impressive.
Harrison who gets slated a lot for his crossing, put in some absolute peaches.
Rodrigo, when he’s in the mood he can be really good, but his race was run and Klich changed the game.
Bamford looked rusty, and Greenwood despite some nice touches can be very wasteful.
Definitely a penalty, but Keepers seem to get away with that type of foul.
Bit fortunate to get all 3 points…but we’ll take it!

Will be interested to see what happens if Sinisterra turns out like Aaronson. Rodrigo playing for that central spot and deservedly has it.

Cheers Jonty, bit of a loss of composure start of 2nd half but we fought through it and got the win, I think the new lads were impressed with the atmosphere at ER today

Kristenson was superb going forward, lovely first time direct passes, similar to Ayling.

Aaronsson was sublime at times.

Whole team looked done by 50th min

Some good debuts for us but Aaronson looked knackered when he went off. It’s early days for these new lads as they won’t be used to the pace and intensity of the PL.

I like the look of the team now. It seems more balanced. The new guys just need a bit of time I think.

A great game to be at and the players gave everything to win that.

Chelsea is the next home game. Cant wait!

One thing I noticed was how they have narrowed the pitch. It looks like about 2 yards they’ve taken off it. This was confirmed after on Radio Leeds.

Jessie likes his teams to play narrow but it looked like Jack was running out of pitch at times.

My stand out player this weekend, having now watched all of the U21 game and of course the first team, was Gyabi, I know people will say, but Joseph got 4 on Friday and it was against a poor Derby but Darko absolutely oozes class. We need to get him some minutes for the first team to see whether he can step because I believe we have a real player there.

Must admit, what I’ve seen of him he looks very good. 6’4” too! We could do with more height at times.

There’s a reason City added a buy back clause. They ain’t stupid.

all in all it's been a great weekend - we take the three points AND Man U lose to Brighton!

I really enjoyed this game. It was a proper Premier League game, plenty of skillful football, with a good ebb and flow. I liked the way we held out under a lot of pressure in the second half. Both us and Wolves are staying up this season.
Paddy was a real threat and Struijk is starting to look like a left back. Rasmus made a superb goal saving tackle, and the new boys all looked onto it, although faded after about an hour. Every player offered something and as a team, we look cohesive and purposeful. Like every team in this division, there is room for improvement, but this was a promising start. And I've just spoken to a Man U colleague to see how his lot did. The perfect start to the season.

Kristensen made an important perfectly timed tackle inside the penalty area at 1-1. He deserves higher for that alone.
