Jumping the gun there a little, Arsenal would have to beat Liverpool for anyone to even begin to believe this.

Mainly fitness I imagine (he had surgery in April I think) but it does look like Arteta wants to play this inverted fullback idea where they move into midfield when we have possession. That doesn’t appear to fit Tierney’s usual game so it will be interesting to see what happens when he’s fully fit.
He offers a lot so I’m sure he’ll still be very much part of Arteta’s plans.
