If you knew anything about football you’d know it’s not even close. I could list many, including Dan James, but Eden Hazard is out on his own when it comes to worst value for money.

What we did today was effectively like one of us agreeing to buy a new car on the principle of finding someone to sell ours to, then arrange to collect our new car before someone else nips in and buys it first, only to then agree to sell our car 8 hours later and end up with no car.

And on a personal note, James played out of position most of the time, didn't he leave newborn baby's bedside to play for us.....he deserves a better club than us.

Agreed, but those two points are not mutually exclusive.
I said last season that my source at ER was that adequate funds were never presented to Bielsa. The small squad philosophy wasn't something only Bielsa appeared to want. He didn't have the funds to bring in quality, so made due with what he knew.
He said back then.. it was loans and championship level players what was offered to MB.
