Sancho just needs to go "fk it I'm going alone" show some aggression, get stuck in, and just facking bang it top corner.
He plays like an absolute no confidence mug who's afraid to do anything

I'm thinking the same. Him being on the bench and not playing any football at senior or under 21 level may be doing him more harm than good I fear. Just give him a run out for 20 mins, see what he can do
